This 7"x10" ink drawing on archival paper is densely packed with swirling, tangled lines. The center of the drawing is filled with a dense concentration of overlapping strokes, creating a darker, more opaque area. The lines around this central mass become looser and more dispersed, giving the edges of the composition a more open and airy quality. The variation in line weight and direction creates a sense of movement and energy, almost as if the lines are pulsing outward from the center. There are occasional loops and curls in the linework, which contrast with the more tightly packed areas, providing a dynamic range of texture across the piece.
