This 6"x8" ink drawing on archival paper features a dense, central mass of overlapping, chaotic black lines, tapering outwards in a freeform swirl. The core of the drawing is heavily concentrated with layers of ink, creating a solid dark area, while the surrounding strokes are lighter and more open, expanding the form into the surrounding space. The lines spiral outward, giving the drawing a sense of energy and movement, as if the form is in motion or in the process of unraveling.
